Arrogance!
That is the major trap that will lead a Clergy to ruin.
The certain of being right, is the worst thing and it can develop a sense of superiority to those should be an example of humbleness.
Self-aware begins from a place where the Chaplain is open to accept other people as an individuals, with a unique path in life, and respect their decision making processes, even completely different from ours or distant of our moral principles.
Always be humble, respectful and care for those who ask us for advise.
