Lesson 8
Building trust is exactly what I’m working on right now in my department. I need to show the firefighters I work with and my officers that I am a trustworthy person that can handle the responsibilities of being the department chaplain. I draw on my experience in counseling and recognize the everyone’s right to privacy and confidentiality. The rest seems to be falling into place.
